Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Nite Ize is currently shipping orders within the United States only (excluding Puerto Rico).

All orders must be placed before 2:00 pm (MST) in order to be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm (MST) on Friday will ship the following Tuesday. 

Please Note: Shipping times apply to the order once it has left our shipping facility and is not inclusive of any internal processing lead time. We do not guarantee weekend delivery on any shipping options. 

** Unfortunately, Nite Ize is unable to deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time. 

 

Lithium Batteries 

Due to restrictions in shipping Lithium Batteries, we are no longer able to offer USPS as a shipping option. Restricted products with Lithium Batteries will be shipped UPS.

All domestic orders ship from our headquarters in Boulder, Colorado. We currently offer the following shipping methods: UPS Ground, USPS Ground Advantage

Free shipping offer valid only on orders shipped within the United States (excluding Puerto Rico). International, wholesale, and pro account orders do not qualify.

30-Day Return Guarantee


You can return any unopened product sold and fulfilled by niteize.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

We recommend using registered mail, UPS, or FedEx for all returns.

Refunds will take up to 14 business days to process from the date that Nite Ize receives the merchandise.
