When paired with the HookLock, the double loops on the strap give you superior versatility when securing loads: 1) You can attach the HookLock to the large loop and directly to anchor points up to 1” wide; 2) You can attach the HookLock to the small loop and pass the large loop around an anchor and clip back to the HookLock; or 3) For larger anchor points, you can secure the HookLock to the large loop to create a girth hitch.
Engineered with the first-ever removable, adjustable ratchet, this system allows you to simply position the ratchet anywhere on the strap for easy device access and flexibility when securing heavy loads, with a working load limit of 1,000 lbs. Do not exceed working load limit of 1,000 lbs for hooks or load limit of webbing used, if less. User to evaluate working load requirements. Area of attachment on vehicle or trailer must be of sufficient strength to hold load. Distribute the straps evenly over the load, hooks must be in line with pull direction. Do not place any loads on webbing, or knot or twist webbing. Loads settle; check tie-downs after first 10 miles, every 50 miles thereafter. Protect webbing from sharp edges, heat and corrosive materials. Always inspect straps prior to use, do not use if hardware is damaged or if webbing is cut, frayed, burned, melted or abraded. Chock wheeled loads and set brakes. Tie-downs are not to be used as personal restraints, for towing vehicles or to hold human weight. Never stand in direct path of tensioned load. The manufacturer is not liable for accidents caused by material deterioration or improper use. Tie-downs are consumable products and will degrade after prolonged use or exposure to elements, weather and chemicals.
